Simple things..

The break of dawn wecomes the mellow chirping
of the african swallows
the dew glitters as it arbsorbs the gentle,invading sunrays
and the morning is done
These are the life treasures..the simple things!

The stillness of the night harbours darkness
yet the white diamonds scatter across the sky
with the crescent moon perfecting their bond...
and in all these ,lies the simple things!

That genuine smile that breaks even a soldier's
and those lovely arms encircle his massive frame
and in her eyes,he sees forever,together..
I'll tell you..these are the simple things!

The midwife's knife gently severes the silver cord
after the golden bown is aptly broken
A cry of anguish preceeds as the bundle of joy suceeds!
to me,this has no equal...The simple things!

The guitar,The butterfly,That timely hug,A kiss in the rain,
A scenic view atop the bearing cliff with your son in tow,
A lover's locomotive ride once in a while,
A burdened heart with an attentive ear,
A heartfelt prayer,a decent meal,You and me..
We are the simple things!
So lets us be!
